since I posted. My apologies. I have been preoccupied with a weeklong visit to the Sunshine state, Florida. It was a good time despite my days being full of workshops, networking and discussing the high and mighty ideals of my profession and sorority. I reconnected with old friends, met some new ones and even swam in the Atlantic Ocean-- it's really hot by the way, the water is warm enough for a bath coupled with hot, humid air. No, it's not nearly as refreshing as the Pacific, which again proves the point that the West Coast is the best coast. Photos to come shortly.
I'm still planning my trip to Mexico and hoping it will change my life.
